    BEYOND THE KITCHEN

The Art of the Complete European Interiors

Join DDA BC for an inspiring evening at the Növex North Vancouver showroom as we explore how European design moves beyond individual rooms to create a cohesive language throughout the home.

Discover how kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, interior doors, wall panelling, furniture and bespoke millwork can work together to create interiors that feel considered, connected and distinctly personal.

Through an interactive showroom tour, the Növex team will share insights into Italian and German design, craftsmanship, customization and the details that distinguish European systems. We'll also explore the practical side of specifying European products—from design development and technical coordination to ordering, installation and project delivery.

Bring your questions and stay for drinks, on-site-made pizza and casual networking with fellow members of Vancouver's design community.

    DDA Professional Development Day

Three Speakers. Three Perspectives. Three CEUs.

Earn 3 of the 5 Continuing Education Units required annually to maintain your DDA professional membership — all in one day.

Professional development should be more than something we simply check off the calendar.

It should make us think differently. Introduce us to new ideas. Spark conversation. Give us something useful to take back into our work and, ideally, keep us engaged while we are learning.

This year’s DDA Professional Development Day was designed with exactly that in mind.

We are bringing together three accomplished Canadian designers for three very different conversations: how our floor plans influence human behaviour, what international sourcing can teach us about expanding our design perspective, and how thoughtful lighting specification can transform the experience of a room.

Different subjects. Different points of view. One engaging day of professional learning.

*Please note that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
